SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer three methods of delivery in Malta:
1. Standard Shipping - 3-5 Business Days* - Free of Charge with €20 Minimum Spend
2. Express Shipping - 1-3 Business Days - €4 - Free of Charge with a €100 Spend
3. Super Express Shipping - Same Day Delivery - €8
For Gozo Purchases an additional fee of €2 applies after purchase depending on rates from couriers.
*Orders which are preordered or items which are not in stock but will arrive later, may be delivered within 28 days of purchase - in that case, a refund of extra shipping cost is given and if this time elapses and the item has not yet arrived, a full refund for items is provided.
We also offer delivery to other countries. A €6 flat rate applies for shipping worldwide for a 28 day delivery timeframe.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you’re happy with your EVIA purchase. If you do need to change anything you’ll find everything you need to know about returns and exchanges below.
Items which are damaged, faulty, incorrect or simply unwanted must be returned within one month of receipt on presentation of return slip which will be given with your order. Purchases made online can be exchanged in stores with other items of the same value. A credit note without expiry can also be issued in store which may be used in store or also with delivery on your next purchase. When placing an order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
If an item is out of stock or unavailable, a full refund is issued which usually takes 7 days. If however the item is estimated to be in our stores within 20 days, the order will hold and delivery may be done up to 28 days.
For International returns - a full refund is issued from date of return delivery.
Please note that for reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on products for piercings, face coverings and intimate wear including swimwear.
It is important for returns to be in mint condition as purchased with label tag still attached.
